How do I adapt a Chevy 60 degree V6 engine to a TH 350 transmission?

I want to adapt a Chevy 2.8L 60 degree V6 engine (with the GM "metric"boltpattern) to a TH350 transmission (GM "V8" bellhousing). I found an adapter but it is $60. The adapter kit only has the adapter. Not the motor mounts etc. Anyone know any other place to buy a Cheaper adapter/how to make one?|||Start contacting these folks listed below and ask questions about your specific application. That's how I found what I needed for my last swap.

The 2.8/TH350 is a popular Jeep setup ( http://www.novak-adapt.com/ ) but your question doesn't say what you're putting it in.

Transdapt ( http://www.tdperformance.com/TransDapt.h鈥?/a> ) has alot of adapters %26amp; mounts.

I just swapped a big block Mopar into my small block 70 charger and the motor mounts came from Schumacher ( http://www.engine-swaps.com/ ). They are mainly Mopar, but hey swappers do alot of odd-ball stuff and they might be able to help you out.

From your user name, I guess you've already tried V8monza.com - but if there's any swapping to be done with a monza/vega then they've done it.

You probably already know 2.8s from front-drivers probably won't have the casting bosses you need for longitudinal mounting in a RWD configuration.

Hope this helps.
