I have a 1997 chevy S-10 blazer with an automatic and push button four wheel drive, is it safe to flat toe this vehicle?|||just how far and for how long if a couple of miles ok if a very long trip then take the drive shafts off you will destroy the transmission since it will be moving without cooling trans NO TRANSMISSION in neutral does not cool trans have to have flow (pressure) and that only happens in gear and towing that amount of miles will take out the trans so either take the drive shafts out or rent a trailer to get it done you will be looking at a $2000.00 bill if you do it in your details section|||Truck with electric transfer case: Transfer case in 2 High, automatic transmission in neutral. Maximum speed 35 MPH (55 km/h)

Maximum distance 50 miles (80 km)

Automatic transfer case (on demand): Do not tow with wheels on the ground.
