Where is the fuse box located in a 1988 Chevy Blaser S10? What is the best way to get to it?

Is there a manual way to open the back gate and window?? I didn't get an owners manual with this Chevy Blazer.|||I have 1987 and the fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side.
