What is the cheapest way to lift a 1993 chevy blazer?

I have a 1993 chevy blazer that I would like to put a 6 inch lift kit on. All the places I've looked cost to much. Is it possible to put a front end from another truck similar on it that uses leaf springs?|||Look, i understand you might be on a budget but if you are wanting to do something like this do it right or dont do it at all. The cheapest way is never the right way. You are doing a major modification to your truck here-you could be putting yourself in danger by trying to do something like this on the cheap.

Also is this the small blazer or the older large blazer? 6" seems kind of alot for a small blazer. I would go with around 3". I had a Jeep Wrangler at one time, had a 3" lift on it. You would be surprised at what a 3" lift combined with the right tires can do for a vehicle. It doesnt sound like much but it is.|||The costs that you are finding are what it costs.

Yes, it is possible to put a different front end on it, but that will cost a LOT more than the lift kits you are finding. The companies selling the lift kits are in business - they have to offer a competitively priced product to remain in business.|||buy a 3" lift kit from JC.Whitney for about 100.00 and get someone to install it...I've had 2 done for 300.00 each.

To get a 6" lift, you'll need the 3" body lift kit, then you'll need a suspension lift, and thats not cheap...

Again, I see people wanting to trick out their vehicle, but they don't want to spend any money... You got to Pay to Play ...|||A toe turck|||try skyjacker|||who cares
